EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre Commissioning, and Commissioning)

1.1 Water Injection Network- EPCC/ENI

This Project which encompasses the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) of a water injection network. This network is designed to enhance oil recovery in Zubair oil fields, The project scope includes the installation of high-capacity water pipelines, water pump stations, and underground pipeline crossings. To minimize surface disruption, we will utilize auger boring techniques for the underground crossings. The system will inject water into underground reservoirs to boost oil extraction efficiency. Additionally, we will install control systems and corrosion protection mechanisms to ensure the long-term operational reliability of the network.

1.2 PROVISION OF ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISIONING (EPCC) FOR PAD FACILITIES AND PIPELINES/ PETROCHINA-HALFAYA OIL FIELD

The Scope of work including wellhead facilities, pads and OGMs, CPFs inlet area, tie-ins, pig traps installation, flowlines, trunklines and the auxiliary systems etc, this project to increase Oil production for Halfaya Oil Field

1.3 PROVISION OF ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISIONING(EPCC) FOR FIELD SURFACE FACILITIES (FSF) / PETROCHINA-HALFAYA OIL FIELD

The Scope of work for this project including Developing detailed designs for the FSF, ensuring they meet operational requirements and industry standards, Procure all necessary materials, equipment, and services required for the construction and commissioning of the FSF, Building the FSF infrastructure, which encompasses civil works, structural installations, mechanical systems, electrical and instrumentation setups, and associated facilities and Testing and validating all systems and components to ensure they operate correctly and efficiently before the FSF becomes fully operational this Project carried out in Halfaya Oil Field

1.4 PROVISION OF ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISIONING (EPCC) FOR PAD FACILITIES, PIPELINES and Wellpads Facilities

The scope of work for this project encompasses the design and procurement of necessary materials, as well as the construction of a pipeline between the oil production wells and the OGMs. Additionally, it includes the supply and installation of all required civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation components for the wellpad.

1.5 Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of Production Well Pad 11/1A and Associated Gathering System Expansion at West Qurna

Project Scope EPCC for OHTL 132KV

– Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) of Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) infrastructure to support power distribution.
– Water Treatment System, Implementation of systems for treating and managing water, essential for production and operational efficiency.

Civil works: Infrastructure development, foundations, access roads, and site preparation.

Mechanical activities: Installation of equipment and systems supporting well pad

1.6 PROVISION OF ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION and Commissioning(EPCC) SERVICE FOR SAA RIVER WATER SUPPLY PIPELINE PROJECT

The scope of work including EPCC 14-inch river water supply pipeline start from SAA intake station, end at Water Injection Treatment Plant (WITP), pipeline route is mainly parallel to the existing 12” water pipelines, the total length is approximate 26.8km. Pipeline material will be steel carbon + HDPE inner liner also including Five Branch lines connecting with existing 12” water line are envisaged, valve pits and tie-in works

1.7ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISIONING (EPCC) OF WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITIES AND INDUSTRIAL STANDARD SOLID WASTE INCINERATOR INCLUDING OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE / PETRONAS CARIGALI IRAQ

1.8 PROVISION OF ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION and Commissioning (EPCC) GAS EXPORT PIPELINE and OIL EXPORT PIPELINE/ Antonoil

The scope of work including Supply all required materials, including but not limited to (16-inch diameter pipeline for gas export, 20-inch diameter pipeline for oil export. Valves: Control and isolation valves for operational flexibility and safety, Fitting, Electrical and Instrument) and all required for Construction, installation, and commissioning export pipeline 16- Inch for Gas, and construction export pipeline 20-Inch for oil inside Majnoon Oil Field

1.9 ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISIONING (EPCC) of MOD Canal Crossing HDD Construction Works/ROO

Scope of Work: EPCC for MOD Canal Crossing HDD Construction Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) to execute a canal crossing within the Rumaila Oil Field using HDD technology for a total length of 1,200 meters.
Key Activities:
Detailed engineering and design for HDD under the canal, Procurement and supply of all materials and equipment necessary for the operation, Construction, testing, and commissioning of the crossing section.
